One of our founding slogans was "Our ties are in our community, not around our necks". Being tied to our communities means that our bank can only be as successful as the communities we serve, so it is incumbent on us to help our communities thrive. Our CFB family could not be more grateful for the support we have received from so many, since our inception in 2003. We wake up every day with a mission to continue honoring our initial promise of being tied to our communities.

Memories That Span Two Decades

A special thanks to those who have been with us since the start
Community First Bank employees demonstrate commitment to improving the communities they serve every day, through their actions both on and off the job. Not only do they generously provide gifts to the children in Healthy Families every year at Christmas, they are dynamic board and committee members that participate in countless projects at our agency. We feel fortunate at Family Service Association to count Community First Bank as a community partner and friend.
AndyMark has been supported by CFB since our beginning in 2004. AndyMark has used CFB services for each step of our business development journey by supplying affordable loans and advice to utilize city development assistance. During COVID, Bob Hickman and his team were patient, persistent and encouraging as we went through the process for PPP application and approval.
Over the years, Bona Vista has continued to grow as a company and with that our banking needs have increased. CFB staff have continued to be a partner in accounts management and lending needs. Bob Hickman and staff have exceeded expectations when new opportunities arise. We expected to receive top notch service and they have delivered during our 20 year relationship.
It was easy to choose CFB with it being locally owned and community focused…We were surprised at the level of support and personal touch we received from CFB when we had a fire and our building was a total loss.
