Robb is a graduate of Butler University and has over 33 years of banking experience. He has been with Community First Bank since its inception in 2003. He first served as Chief Credit Officer and has been the bank’s President & CEO since 2013. Robb has been involved with many community organizations through the years including serving as a board member of the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance, Greater Kokomo Inventrek Council, Wildcat Creek Golf Course, St. Vincent Kokomo, United Way of Howard County, Kokomo Main Street Association, Howard County Chamber of Commerce, Kokomo Country Club, and Kokomo CEO Program.
EVP, Chief Credit Officer
Bob received both his Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Finance from Western Michigan University. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and credit, and Bob has been with Community First Bank since its founding in 2003. Bob serves as the immediate past chair and current board member with the Community Foundation of Howard County, and he is a member of the Economic Development Board within the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance. Formerly, Bob has also served as a board member with Family Services Association of Howard County, a Noon Rotary member, and a volunteer with several organizations, including the Kokomo CEO Program, Healthy Families, and the Kokomo Rescue Mission.
SVP, Chief Financial Officer
Monica received her Bachelor’s in Accounting degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry and has been with Community First Bank since 2008. Monica has served as the President of Family Service Association of Howard County’s board of directors and as the Secretary of Acacia Academy’s board of directors.

Scott is a 1991 graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He has over 27 years of banking experience both in retail and commercial banking. Scott is a member of the Ball State University Cardinal Varsity Club and Cardinal Football Alumni Association. He is also a part of the Pelatonia/One Goal-ride for Cancer research. Scott has worked with Marion County Commission on Youth (McCoy) and is a former Ambassador for Fishers Chamber of Commerce. Scott has been employed with Community First since 2019.

SVP, Director of Sales & Marketing
Kim is a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo and has over 20 years of banking experience. She is also a 2018 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. Kim has been involved with many community organizations including serving as the past board president of the Kokomo Family YMCA and a current board member of Turning Point -A System of Care. She has also served with Kokomo CEO Program, Women’s Business Council, Kokomo Area Career Center Advisory Board, and the IU Kokomo School of Business Advisory Board. Kim has been employed with Community First Bank since 2005.
SVP, Chief Operating Officer
Bea is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. She has been with Community First Bank since its inception in 2003. Bea has served in many roles in the Operations Department and is now the Chief Operating Officer.
VP, Chief Leadership & People Development Officer
Mark is a 1980 graduate of Clark Summit University. Prior to joining the bank, Mark was the Multisite Director at Northview Church based in Carmel, IN. He also spent 34 years as the founding Lead Pastor of Oakbrook Ministries, a multisite church based in Kokomo, IN. Outside of ministry, Mark has spent many years consulting professionals and private sector organizations to uncover their unique gifts and achieve their leadership potential. He currently serves as a regular volunteer and guest speaker for Valley of Grace, which provides addiction recovery services in Indiana. Mark has been employed with Community First Bank since 2022.
VP, Investment Department Manager
Karen has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. She joined the team at Community First in 2007 when she came on board to help start the Investment Department, now known as Community First Investment Group. Karen is a past board member of the United Way of Howard County, with many years of service on the Community Investment Committee and as the Treasurer.
Residential Mortgage Sales Manager, VP
Janelle has been with Community First Bank since 2015, and she has previous experience in mortgages as a former REALTOR. She received her Business degree from Indiana University. Janelle loves to give back to the community and currently serves as board president of Westfield Youth Assistance Program, board vice president of Women of Westfield, and chairwoman for the Westfield Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She also is involved at iTown Church and very active in different organizations serving Westfield Schools.
