Managing Cards in Online Banking

To View/Manage your Debit Card:

  1. Log into online banking.
  2. Click on the “Documents and Settings” tab.
  3. Select “Manage Cards” in the drop down menu. 

4. Select the card you wish to manage.

    • Note: If you don’t see the card you wish to manage, please contact our customer service at (765) 236-0600. If you need to report a lost or stolen debit card after hours, please call (765) 236-0600 and then press 3. 

Change the Display Name of Your Card:

  1. Select the card you wish to change the display name.
  2. Select the card name field and type in the name you want your card to be displayed under within your online banking. This field should automatically save the information that’s typed in.

Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card:

  1. Select Report Lost or Stolen Card

(Please note that once you report the card as being lost or stolen, the card will become inactive and can no longer be used or turned back on within the manage cards area. If you believe you may have only temporarily misplaced your card, go back to the previous screen and select the option to turn your card off instead. If you recover a card that you have already reported as lost or stolen, please contact the bank at (765) 236-0600 for reactivation.)

2. Select Report Card Lost/Stolen at the bottom to confirm the request.

3. Contact the bank at (765) 236-0600 or stop into a local branch to have a new card issued.
(Please note a $10 replacement card fee may apply.)

Update Travel Information:

  1. Select travel notification for the card you will be using while traveling.
  2. Fill in the location(s) information and beginning travel date and ending travel date.
    (Please note that previous reported travel information will still be displayed in this field and will need to be deleted before adding new travel information.)

Temporarily Turn Your Card On or Off:

  1. Select the card you wish to temporarily turn on or off.
  2. Select “turn card off” in red at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Select “turn card on” in green to turn your card back on.

Enable Automatic On/Off schedule:

  1. Select the option to enable automatic on/off.
  2. Choose the option + Add New Schedule Action.

3. Choose what card status, time, and days you wish to set up this schedule for and select save schedule at the bottom when finished.

4. To delete or modify a card schedule, select which schedule you want to modify or delete, and make changes or select delete this schedule and confirm changes.
