Robb Blume

President & CEO

Robb is a graduate of Butler University and has over 38 years of banking experience. He has been with Community First Bank since its inception in 2003. Robb first served as Chief Credit Officer, became President in 2014, and has served as CEO since 2015. He has been involved with many community organizations through the years, including the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance, Greater Kokomo Inventrek Council, Wildcat Creek Golf Course, St. Vincent Kokomo, United Way of Howard County, Kokomo Main Street Association, Howard County Chamber of Commerce, Kokomo Country Club, and the Kokomo CEO Program.

Bob Hickman

EVP, Chief Banking and Credit Officer

Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Finance from Western Michigan University. With over 30 years of experience in finance and credit, he has been with Community First Bank since its founding in 2003. Bob currently serves as the immediate past chair and a board member of the Community Foundation of Howard County and is a member of the Economic Development Board within the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance. He has also served as a board member for the Family Services Association of Howard County, a Noon Rotary member, and a volunteer with organizations including the Kokomo CEO Program, Healthy Families, and the Kokomo Rescue Mission.

Monica Gremelspacher

SVP, Chief Financial Officer

Monica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry and has been with Community First Bank since 2008. Monica has served as President of the Family Service Association of Howard County’s board of directors and as Secretary of Acacia Academy’s board of directors.

Bea Wiles

SVP, Chief Operating Officer

Bea is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. She has been with Community First Bank since its inception in 2003. Bea has served in various roles within the Operations Department and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.

Carlonda Davis

SVP, Chief Administrative Officer/DE&I

Londee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana University–Indianapolis and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. She has over 18 years of HR experience and began her career with Community First Bank in January 2018. In 2022, she took on a senior HR role in sports and entertainment with the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty before returning to the bank. In 2023, she was appointed Chief Administrative Officer and now also leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. Londee serves as Program Chair for the Carver Community Center board, is a member of the Executive Committee for the OneZone Chamber board, and serves on the Bridges Outreach board.

Mark Malin

People Development Officer

Mark is a 1980 graduate of Clark Summit University. Before joining the bank in 2022, he spent 34 years as the founding Lead Pastor of Oakbrook Ministries, a multisite church based in Kokomo, Indiana. Outside of ministry, Mark has consulted with professionals and private sector organizations to help them uncover their unique gifts and achieve their leadership potential. He is a regular volunteer and guest speaker for Valley of Grace, The Sanctuary Indy, and DADCAMP.

Janelle Campbell

SVP, Director of Consumer Banking

Janelle is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Business Management and a 2024 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. She has been with Community First Bank since 2015. Janelle is a founding member and current President of Women of Westfield and serves as Treasurer for Student Impact of Westfield. Her previous leadership roles include President of the Westfield Youth Assistance Program, Chairwoman of Westfield’s Yellow Tie Gala, and Chairwoman of the Westfield Chamber of Commerce. She is also a graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy.

Jonathon Malin

Jonathon earned his degree in Business Administration from Indiana University East and is a 2019 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. With 14 years of banking experience, he currently serves as a member of the Kokomo Redevelopment Commission Board. Jonathon has also served as a board member for Project Access and as a mentor in the Kokomo CEO Program.

Kim LaFollette

SVP, Director of Sales & Customer Experience

Kim is a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo and has over 25 years of banking experience. She is also a 2018 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. Kim is involved with many community organizations and currently is the chair of IU Kokomo’s School of Business Advisory Board, a board member for Turning Point System of Care, and serves on the Kokomo Area Career Center Advisory Board. She has served in the past with the Kokomo CEO Program, Kokomo Family YMCA, and Women’s Business Council. Kim has been employed with Community First Bank since 2005.
