Community First Bank of Indiana Announces Promotions

Kokomo, IN– Robb Blume, President & CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana, is pleased to announce the promotions of Kim LaFollette, Jonathon Malin, Carlonda Davis, Tracy Herr, and Zack Gabriel.

Kim LaFollette has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Kim received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kokomo. She has been employed by the bank for 14 years and is our Director of Retail Banking.

Jonathon Malin has been promoted to Vice President. He received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University East. He is a Commercial Loan Officer and has been employed with the bank for 9 years.

Carlonda Davis has been promoted to Vice President. She is a graduate of Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Carlonda has been employed with the bank since 2018 and is our Human Resource Manager.

Tracy Herr has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Tracy is working on a degree in Accounting at Ivy Tech. She has been employed at the bank for 9 years and is our Accounting Clerk.

Zack Gabriel has been promoted to Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager and Bank Officer. He is a graduate of Butler University and have been employed with the bank since 2015.
