Community First Bank’s Jonathon Malin Graduates from Graduate School of Banking

Kokomo, IN– Robb Blume, President and CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana is pleased to announce that Jonathon Malin, Vice President & Commercial Lender, recently graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC), a 25-month banking school which provides senior management and leadership education for community-banking professionals. Malin was among 160 graduates of the 69th Annual School Session, hosted July 14-26 on the campus of the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. The GSBC program is built around the fundamental concepts of community-banking with intense course study in general management, lending, financial management, leadership and human resources for bank executives. Requirements for graduation include comprehensive examinations, research projects and participation in a bank-management simulation course. 

Jonathon received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University East and has nine years of banking experience. He started with Community First Bank in 2010. Jonathon is involved with many community organizations including Rotary Club of Kokomo, Kokomo CEO Program, and is a board member at Project Access. He is married to Justina and they have one child.
