Community First Bank Celebrates Employee Advancement and New Branch Managers

January 20, 2026 – Community First Bank (CFB) is pleased to announce the advancement of two valued team members and the welcoming of their successors, reflecting the bank’s ongoing commitment to employee growth and community-focused service.

Ryan Pettit, previously the Downtown Kokomo Branch Manager, has been promoted to Vice President, Consumer Lending Manager. With four years of dedicated service at CFB and 20 years in the banking industry, Ryan will now oversee the strategic direction, management, and performance of the consumer lending portfolio. His leadership and expertise will continue to support CFB’s mission of fostering financial growth for local families.

Virgil Kessler, formerly the Dixon Road Branch Manager, has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Operations Administrator. Virgil has contributed to CFB for five years and 35 years in the banking industry, consistently making a positive impact on the retail teams he leads. In his new role, he will ensure smooth operations and uphold the high standard of customer service that CFB is known for.

Nikkole McMain has been hired as Vice President, Branch Manager for the Downtown Kokomo Branch. Nikkole brings 15 years of banking experience and is recognized for her exceptional customer service and passion for team development.

Brittany Davis will transition from her role as Junction Crossing Branch Manager to lead the Dixon Road Branch as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager. A Kokomo resident and a member of the CFB team for four years, Brittany brings care and expertise to her new role, continuing CFB’s tradition of personalized service and local investment.
