Community First Bank of Indiana Names Gremelspacher as Chief Financial Officer, Yoars as IT Operations Manager

May 2, 2022  –  Robb Blume, President and CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB), is pleased to announce the promotions of Monica Gremelspacher and Aaron Yoars.

Monica Gremelspacher has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. She most recently served as the bank’s Controller. Monica has been with Community First Bank for 14 years and has 23 years of experience in the accounting industry. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. To support her local community, Monica serves as the President of Family Service Association of Howard County’s Board of Directors and as the Secretary of Acacia Academy’s Board of Directors.

Aaron Yoars has been promoted to VP, IT Operations Manager. He most recently served as a Senior Network Engineer. Aaron has 11 years of experience in information technology within the financial services industry and received his Bachelor of Business Information Systems degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is an active member in his local church, where he volunteers with the Production Team.
