Community First Bank of Indiana Announces New Meridian North Banking Center

September 29, 2021 – Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB) is pleased to announce its newest banking center location at 9333 North Meridian St, Indianapolis, which is set to open in the first quarter of 2022. While many banks have been closing branches and moving away from in-person banking services, CFB is committed to keeping outstanding customer service, local decision-making, and relationship-building at its core.

Since its local founding in Kokomo, IN in 2003, Community First Bank’s steady growth has been attributed to overwhelming support for the vision of its unique way to do banking in its communities – a bank that is locally owned, locally governed and staffed with experienced bankers.

Robb Blume, President and CEO of Community First Bank said, “This new facility will provide us excellent ability to serve the North Meridian corridor, as well as close proximity to Carmel. Further, the recently proposed mixed-use development adjacent to this site adds to our excitement for the future – the long-term benefits of this development carry great potential for growth.”

Romhaad Davis has been hired as the Business Banking Center Manager for this location. Romhaad is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Communications and a Master’s in Business Administration from Daniel Webster College. He has over 12 years of experience in the financial industry, including 6 years in banking. When Romhaad is not laser-focused on helping his clients excel, he enjoys volunteering in youth sports, mentoring for the Youth Mentoring Initiative in Hamilton County, and bringing communities together with group fitness workout classes.

Romhaad will serve customers in the area, along with the entire Commercial Lending team: Scott Hammersley, Bonnie Riley, Gavin Fisher, Pete Needler, Greg Gordon, Michael McCulloch, Duane Kamminga, and Zack Gabriel, as well as Adrienne Riddle (Treasury Management).

In addition to personal banking and lending, Community First Bank offers a full range of business checking and savings accounts, commercial loans, SBA-guaranteed loan solutions, and treasury management services. This location at 93rd & Meridian will have both lobby and drive-thru banking, as well as a 24/7 ATM. To meet the CFB team prior to the new branch opening, current locations nearby in Westfield and Noblesville can be found at

“While we have great technology, we still believe relationships are built face to face. We look forward to meeting the people who live and work in this area,” said Blume.

Community First Bank (CFB) was chartered in 2003 in Kokomo, Indiana where it currently has three branches in Kokomo, two branches in Westfield, and a branch and loan production office in Noblesville. Additional information can be found at MEMBER FDIC, Equal Housing Lender
