Community First Bank of Indiana Announces Recent Promotions

October 5, 2023 – Robb Blume, President & CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana, is pleased to announce the following promotions:

CJ Clingler has been promoted to Compliance Officer. Previously, she held the position of Deputy Compliance Officer. She has 6 years of experience in the financial services industry and graduated from Ball State University. CJ is a dedicated CASA volunteer and a graduate of the 41st cohort of Leadership Kokomo.

Alyssa Horton has been promoted to Electronic Services Supervisor. Previously, she held the position of Digital Banking Specialist. She has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry and graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Tyler Radcliff, Facilities Manager, has been promoted to an expanded role also serving as Security Officer. He has been a part of the Community First Bank team since 2019. Tyler served the global community as a board member for 117 International for 8 years and now also volunteers locally at Northview Church and Acacia Academy.

Whitney Wright has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Hoffer Street Banking Center where she has served as the Assistant Branch Manager for the past 4 years. Whitney is passionate about building relationships, with her customers and with her community, and has been voted twice as ‘Kokomo’s Best Bank Teller’ in the Kokomo Tribune’s Readers’ Choice Awards.
