Community First Bank of Indiana Celebrates Recent Promotions

September 9, 2026 – Community First Bank of Indiana is proud to announce the promotions of four team members whose leadership, expertise, and commitment have contributed to the bank’s continued success.

Caroline Jewell has been promoted to Vice President, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. She previously held the title of Bank Officer, Mortgage Loan Officer.

Vanessa Smith has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Operations. She previously held the title of Vice President, Core Banking Support Analyst.

Mikki Richter has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Treasury Management Operations and Support Supervisor. She previously held the title of Assistant Vice President, Treasury Management Service Specialist.

Casey Zeck has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior HR Generalist. She previously held the title of Assistant Vice President, HR Generalist.
