February 11, 2026 – Community First Bank (CFB) is pleased to announce the addition of two experienced professionals to its Commercial Lending team. The team takes pride in partnering with local businesses to help turn their goals into reality, with relationships at the core of everything CFB does.
Jack Scott has been promoted to Bank Officer, Commercial Lender. Jack brings valuable experience in Credit and a strong understanding of commercial lending processes, making him a natural fit for this expanded role. His background allows him to navigate the ins and outs of commercial banking while delivering thoughtful, relationship‑driven solutions for clients. Jack earned a Finance degree from Ball State University and currently serves on the board of Family Promise of Hamilton County. He will serve clients throughout the Hamilton County market.
Rob Cochrane has joined Community First Bank as AVP, Commercial Lender. With 2.5 years of banking experience, Rob is passionate about supporting local businesses and helping them grow. He currently serves as Board President of the Tipton Main Street Association, giving him a strong perspective on the unique needs of small businesses. Rob earned a Business Management degree from Taylor University and will serve the Howard County market.
