With over ten years of experience in banking, Pooja brings a well-rounded background in lending, credit analysis, and customer service.  

Pooja holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. She is a member of the 2025 class of Hamilton County Leadership Academy. 

Pooja’s known for her thoughtful approach and commitment to helping people feel confident and supported throughout the homebuying process. “I’m here to make the mortgage experience clear and comfortable,” said Thakkar. “Buying a home is a significant milestone, and I want every client to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the process. I’m deeply committed to making lending more accessible to all demographic communities, ensuring that homeownership is within reach for everyone.” 

In addition to her professional expertise, Pooja is a passionate community advocate. She serves on several local boards, including the Noblesville Diversity Coalition, Keep Noblesville Beautiful, and serves as an Ambassador for the Noblesville Chamber. Her dedication to service and inclusion reflects the heart of Community First Bank’s culture, making her a great addition to the team.
